  • How do you take payment?

    •Most convenient and preferable way to make a payment is to, pay directly to our driver by cash/card.


    •If you prefer bank transfer, we’re happy to provide you with our bank details upon request (please ask your driver).

  • Can we set up monthly account with you?

    Not a problem!  If you are a frequent business/ corporate traveller - you may wish to set up a corporate account with us - then we can invoice you at the end of every month. Then you have another 7 days to make a payment, this is subject to 15% admin charge  (Account Handling Charge ‘AHC’).

  • Which type of vehicles can you provide?

    In most cases, we operate the Mercedes-Benz E class saloon executive and estates vehicles, we may use a carefully selected sub-contracted licensed vehicle to fulfil your booking during busy times.

  • Does your vehicle have a Wi-Fi available on Board?

    Yes! of couse, most of our vehicles have ultra-fast 4G Wi-Fi onboard, you can connect to it free of charge, so you can continue with your general work, confrence calls and media streaming. 

  • Is there any other entertainment on board?

    Yes, of course, most of our vehicles have an entertainment screen with live channels, BT Sports live streaming and Amazon prime video etc. Please speak to your driver for more details, you will find complimentary bottles of drinking water on board too.

  • Are you fully licensed service?

    Yes, we are fully licensed by Sevenoaks District Council. We operate  licensed Hackney  carriage and private hire vehicles.


    Also, all of our drivers are  licensed hackney carriage & private hire drivers licensed by local authorities. All our drivers undergo Enhanced CRB check and medical check according to local authorities requirement.
